While we travel thousands of miles to some of the remote and restricted corners of China to select the most premium tea for you. We understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If you disliked our tea, please email us within 30 days and will do our best to fulfill your satisfaction. Once authorized, we will provide return instructions. Please note, HER-CHA Tea does not cover return shipping; customer can select the return shipping method.
Exchanges (Damaged or missing products)
Please contact us immediately at [email protected], if you receive a damaged product (e.g. unsealed tea jar), or if you are missing an item in your order. We will either track your package or replace the damaged items at our expense. For exchanges, all damaged items must be sent to address below attention Web Exchange for a new unit.
